Stockport Volunteer Hub / Sector 3 is looking for an enthusiastic person keen to learn more about Stockport’s thriving voluntary (VCFSE) sector. The successful candidate will provide support to Stockport’s Volunteer Hub, matching Stockport residents with volunteer opportunities for a wide range of community groups, charities and events.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience of the full marketing mix, creating and managing campaigns and content across on and offline platforms and organising events. In your role you will be marketing the Volunteer Hub as well as helping to match volunteers to local organisations.
This apprenticeship provides on the job training in a variety of skills including social media, content creation, marketing strategy, marketing evaluation, events management, customer service and more providing a Level 3 Multi channel marketer qualification on completion.
The diverse skills and experience gained through the apprenticeship will see the apprentice in a solid position to work in a variety of settings, or the opportunity to further their education through a Level Marketing Executive apprenticeship.
Salary: £16,546 per year with potential for increase following 6 month review
Full-time position (37 hours a week, including 7 hours dedicated learning time per week) – 18 month contract
