REF: 67bdd2f25b088

Volunteering can be incredibly rewarding. Be part of the re-engage volunteer team that's making life better for the oldest people in our communities. Do you want to give back to your community but aren’t quite sure where to start? Looking for some inspiration? Look no further! Here at Re-engage, we’re seeking passionate people who want to make a real difference in their community. We are a volunteer led organisation, and we wouldn't exist without the exceptional work of our volunteers. We’re working on an exciting new social gathering in Cheadle at the Rose Walker Centre that will provide support and connection for some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Here at Re-engage our remit is 75+ as our impact data shows that at this stage are social circles start to diminish and we experience loneliness and social isolation. All our activity groups are free to older people and will run once a month for 2 hours. If you think you would like to engage with older people once a month, play cards and board games and are happy to make hot drinks then this could be the role for you!
