Arts and Crafts Planner

We are looking for a volunteer to run a craft activity once a week on a Monday 10am - 12pm. You will be leading a weekly craft activity to make items to be sold on our weekly bric-a-brac/craft stall. Our service users have a visual or hearing impairment so you will be supported by our regular volunteers to deliver the craft activity. All materials will be provided.

Role

Walthew House will cover the cost of a DBS check as part of our volunteer recruitment process. Some ID documents will be needed to complete the DBS application. Experience of working with people with a sensory loss would be an advantage but not essential.

We have a small, not for profit, resource centre which sells equipment to support people with a sight or hearing loss.
